Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns:
    •  Goods once purchased cannot be returned or replaced unless damaged or found defective for some reason. Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt/invoice.
  • Refunds:
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-8 working days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Include personalized items, perishable goods, and items marked “Final Sale.”
